Our team is like family… some of us actually are. When we're not hosting weddings like yours, we're producing and performing for the stage. Our passion is entertainment and that means we see your wedding as a beautiful show! We deliver elegant attention to detail and care deeply about your experience as well as that of your audience, I mean guests.
Your Experience
It begins as soon as you contact us. First you meet our event coordinator who is only a message away from now through your big day. Then our host, bartender, and service team sweep in, overseeing every detail to ensure a five star show, I mean wedding.
There are plenty of valuable services included in our One + Only package. There's also a list of no-pressure Optional Upgrades to make your experience at Melonlight even more inclusive (you know, keep your hands free so you can sip mimosas.)

This backdrop is a lovely addition to any style of decor. Measuring at 7.5ft tall by 8ft wide, it is adorned with white and soft pink roses and a "Happily Ever After" neon sign to make for the perfect backdrop for photos, or as an eye-catching compliment to your cake or gift table.

Just submit the form above and I'll contact you shortly (typically within 24 hours). I'm Emily by the way, and I'll be your pre-event coordinator from now until your big day, if you choose Melonlight of course. ;)

Submit the form above to confirm your date is available. When you're ready to book, I'll send you a short form to confirm your date and select your options. A contract will follow, and a payment of 50% will finalize your booking. The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to your event.

Yes! We have several options available such as centerpieces, charger plates, decorative table cloths, additional lighting and more. See our Optional Upgrades above for details.

You may stock the bar with whatever you desire including beer, wine, alcohol, mixers, garnishes, etc. Drop your items off on the day of your event, and our bartender will prep everything for you, and serve throughout your event.
This is a great way to save money on the bar rather than paying restaurant fees and taxes. Keep in mind that drinks may not be sold to your guests or self-served. We also provide ice and purified drinking water.

This is lovely... Our team sets up anything and everything that belongs to us (i.e. tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, furniture, bar, etc.) We also clean up everything that belongs to us. You or your chosen vendors are responsible for items you bring with you (i.e. decor, catered foods, etc.)

Yes, you can extend the length of your event at $400 per hour. Please note that rental times must end by 11pm to comply with a citywide noise ordinance in Eureka Springs.
