Hey parents and guardians, we're so excited to welcome your little one to the Melonlight Ballroom! Please complete the form below and read these helpful notes.

• The first class is on Wednesday July 6th from 4:30-5:30pm at the Melonlight Ballroom at 2 Pine St (above Brews).
• The last class is on Wednesday August 31st. If there is continued interest, we will offer a fall series. 
• You are welcome to stay and watch class or drop your kiddo off and pick up them at 5:30pm.
• There are no make ups for missed classes. The exception is in the unlikely event that Melonlight has to cancel class in which case a makeup class will be offered.
• Class will be danced barefoot, so shoes are not necessary. 
• Comfortable, flexible, light weight, fairly fitted clothing is recommended, no denim please. 
• Long hair should be tied back before class begins.
• Send your little one with a full water bottle. No food in the ballroom please.
